Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cardary. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and devices secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

Using Cardary

Cardary lets you track trading cards, build decks, and share content with a community. Please use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Harass others, impersonate someone, or post unlawful or abusive content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to access another account or disrupt or overload the service.
• Use automation to scrape the service or evade usage limits without permission.

Your content and visibility

You keep your rights to content you submit. You grant Cardary a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as needed to provide and maintain the features you use, including public sharing. You are responsible for your content and for choosing its visibility settings. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten users, or put the service at risk.

Card data, prices, and AI features

Card data, availability, legality, price estimates, scan results, and AI generated decks may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Check official game rules and a seller's current price before relying on them. Cardary does not buy or sell cards and is not affiliated with the publishers of the games or the outside data providers shown in the app. Third party sites and services have their own terms.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect Cardary and its users.

Disclaimers and liability

Cardary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
